JAN
HUSARIK
When
Jan Husarik has chosen a picture asa communicating language
with outside world, what he wanted was to reduce the thirst
to all thirsty ones by his visions of fertility. In order
to do that, he has chosen a special kind of artistic way and
language. Realistic motives of the country; countryside full
of fruit and luxury he inspires with a strange peace and the
juice of unreal and magic. Strongly bonded to the tradition
of Vojvodina naive, Husarik managed to find a clear, recognizable
and his own artistic expression and special characteristics
that only few possess. He makes pictures which, with his bright,
cheerfull colors full of different shades, make it possible
for even unreal plants to bloom and bring fruit on the dry,
thirsty land. |

SAVA
STOJKOV
Having
chosen painting as his only destiny, sava stojkov, a Sombor
painter devoted himself to the peaceful joy of living. He
has chosen a realistic way of expression. The things that
he learnt from nature i.e. to enjoy life he put in his pictures.
The poetics of the region or a portrait do not reveal the
flame at first glance but gradually. It was a long time ago
when Stojkov presented his farms to the world, suggestive
and recognizable, full of clear or hidden beauty of the ordinary.
he became famous not only in his country but outside Europe
too. He is recognizable by the firmly tied green landscapes
and the endless blues sky. The main characteristics of his
art are: perfect choice of elements, well chosen steady colors,
refined, full of harmony and rhythm. |
